By accessing the Excel Capital Group website, (hereby "our website”, “Excel Capital Group website” or “the website”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and " Excel Capital Group" refers to Excel Capital Group and "you" and “your" refers to you, the user of Excel Capital Group.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

This agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of Excel Capital Group. By using the website and buying the products, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this agreement, you should leave Excel Capital Group website and discontinue use of the services immediately. We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon its posting on Excel Capital Group. You agree to be bound by any modification to this agreement when you use Excel Capital Group after any such modification is posted; it is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly.

You represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; and that your use of the website does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Excel Capital Group may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the services to any entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service and the website is revoked in such jurisdictions.

 

ELIGIBLITY

You may use the website and services only if you can form a binding contract with Excel Capital Group, and only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

The use of this website for children under 13 years is prohibited and older children should be supervised and given appropriate guidance in their use of our website and services. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to determine whether any of the content and/or services are appropriate for their child.  

By using the website and buying the products (membership and courses), you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are under no legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from entering into this Agreement.

Excel Capital Group offers through this website, online courses and memberships.

The courses are hosted on the “thinkific” platform.

For more information about our courses and membership please contact us, through our contact page, our support team will be attentive and available to answer your questions and concerns.

 

COURSES AND MEMBERSHIP

When you place an order for a product (courses and membership), you are offering to buy the product for the price advertised and stated on the website as at the time of purchase. Please check the price and features of the courses and membership, before placing an order.

When a user with the intention of buying a course or membership on the website places an order, Excel Capital Group will send that user an email to confirm that the order has been received. This confirmation by email will be generated automatically so that the user has the confirmation of the details of their purchase. The user will have access to the courses through the  thinkific platform.

The membership includes over $10,000 worth of training. The membership is offered for a one-time price of $999 or 6 payments of $199. The masterclass is $99. 

Excel Capital Group may cancel any transaction and not provide the courses and membership, if it is reasonable to do so and may change or interrupt the availability of the courses at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is canceled, any payment made for the courses will be fully refunded. This does not affect your legal rights.

The courses and membership offered on this website are for personal use only, the commercial license is not included. The right to exploit the product and the commercial license can only be granted with written authorization from Excel Capital Group.

All payments to Excel Capital Group are handled securely. Courses and membership will be paid through “Stripe” (credit card).

Payment will be debited from your credit card (Stripe) immediately on you placing the order for the course or membership you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt which will be sent to the email address you provide. 

Your payment information will be treated and safeguarded with total security and with the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses and the membership. Excel Capital Group reserves the right to contract any payment platform available in the market, which treats your data for the exclusive purpose of processing the purchase of the courses and the memberships.

 

PRICES

Excel Capital Group reserves the right to determine pricing for membership and courses. Excel Capital Group will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the website up to date. We encourage you to check our website periodically for current pricing information. Excel Capital Group may change the fees for any product, including additional fees or charges. Excel Capital Group, at its sole discretion, may make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of Excel Capital Group users.

 

 

 

REFUNDS

We stand behind our services and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered over the Internet, we do not offer refunds.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Please consult the characteristics and prices of the courses and memberships before placing an order.

The user may cancel subscriptions at any time but will not receive refunds for payments made for courses and memberships. Cancellation of memberships will result in termination of access to courses and the platform.

 

 

REGISTRY 

If you register (on The course website through kajibi, thinkrific or Excel Capital Group website), you will be required to choose a password and username, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account, such as your e-mail address and name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Excel Capital Group of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You may never use another User’s account without prior authorization from Excel Capital Group. Excel Capital Group will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement.

By providing Excel Capital Group with your email address, you consent to our use of such email address to send you notices regarding the service, including those required by law, in lieu of ordinary mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to service features and special offers. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, you may opt-out of receiving them via the contact information. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails about updates, upgrades or offers.

 

ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION

The users may terminate their accounts any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on Excel Capital Group. That termination will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all the personal data granted to Excel Capital Group.

Excel Capital Group reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if Excel Capital Group believes that you have breached any of these terms, furnished Excel Capital Group with false or misleading information, or interfered with use of the website or the service by others.

 

DISCLAIMER

By hiring Excel Capital Group services, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions. You agree to take full responsibility for any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use, of the information and services available on Excel Capital Group website. You agree to use judgment and conduct due diligence before taking any action or implementing any plan or advice suggested or recommended through the services.

You agree that Excel Capital Group has not guaranteed the results of taking any action, whether or not recommended on this website. Excel Capital Group provides educational and informational resources designed to help users in their business. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to you.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Excel Capital Group excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to  Excel Capital Group and  Excel Capital Group shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

· Any interruptions to or delays in updating Excel Capital Group;

· The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of The Website or any product or service purchased through the website;
